Who is responsible

The organizer of the event you buy a ticket for decides why your details are collected. We call them the organizer. Three Gods Creative Studio runs the ticketing system for them and handles your details on their behalf.

What we collect

• When you buy: your name, email address, phone number, the tickets you chose and what you paid.
• When you arrive: the time and gate where your ticket was scanned.
• Emails we send you: ticket delivery and any resend you ask for.

We do not collect card details. Payments are handled by the payment provider.

Why we use it

• To sell you a ticket and send it to you.
• To let you into the event and stop one ticket being used twice.
• To handle refunds, questions and the organizer's accounts.

We do not sell your details. We do not use them for marketing unless you agree to that separately. [Review: add the legal basis and consent wording.]

Who sees it

The organizer sees the details of people who bought tickets to their events. Three Gods staff can see them to run and support the service. Our providers (hosting, payments, email) process them for us. [Review: list providers and where data is stored.]

How long we keep it

[Review: set the retention period.] Accounting records such as amounts and dates may be kept longer than personal details, as the law requires.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to see the details held about you, ask for corrections, and ask for them to be deleted. Contact the organizer of your event, or Three Gods at [contact email to be filled in]. The organizer can download your details and delete them from their dashboard. When your details are deleted, tickets you have not used are cancelled.
